New Payment Amount – Check Your Bill

As stated in the bill insert last month, the water rate has changed. Effective on your bill that included water service for May, the rate increased. Drought and A California Way of Life!

You may have noticed that the sign on Redwood Drive has changed to “drought” status. In 2017, it was stated that we were in the worst drought in recorded history, then rains came that winter and eased things a bit. Need Help Paying Your Bill?

The California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has developed a new program to assist low income customers who are behind on paying their water utility bills. They also offer programs to assist with other household utilities. The new program is called the California Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). The LIHWAP program is expected to open in early June, and PureSource Water has registered to participate, so that our customers who are eligible may apply for assistance. Read More Here

Third Party Notification

Would you like us to contact a family member or friend in the event that your water service may be disconnected due to non-payment of your bill? With the consent of both you and the third party we can set that up. Simply request a Third Party Notification Form from PureSource. Once we receive the request, any late notices will be sent to you and to the person you designate.
