Third Party Notification
Would you like us to contact a family member or friend in the event that either we can’t reach you regarding a matter with your bill, or that your water service may be disconnected due to non-payment of your bill? With the consent of both you and the third party, we can set that up. Simply call or email to request a Third Party Notification Form. Once we receive the request, any late notices will be sent both to you and the person you designate.
